Ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent qu&#8217;un style de vie <strong>s\u00e9dentaire<\/strong> ou des <strong>intensit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/strong> de course \u00e0 pieds sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une apparition plus importante d&#8217;arthrose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong> : ne pas confondre corr\u00e9lation et causation. D&#8217;autres facteurs confondants non \u00e9valu\u00e9s pourraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents et expliquer ces r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9flexions :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de savoir que l&#8217;arthrose est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne <strong>associ\u00e9 au vieillissement<\/strong> (comme les cheveux qui deviennent blancs) qui n&#8217;est pas syst\u00e9matiquement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience douloureuse. L&#8217;arthrose est multi-factoriel, d\u00e9pendant du style de vie, de la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, et de l&#8217;alimentation entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude est int\u00e9ressante car elle met en avant qu&#8217;<strong>une activit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> comme la course \u00e0 pieds est <strong>associ\u00e9e \u00e0 moins d&#8217;arthrose<\/strong> que chez les personnes <strong>s\u00e9dentaires<\/strong>. Le dosage de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 est important. Comme lorsque l&#8217;on s&#8217;occupe d&#8217;une plante ! Trop peu d&#8217;eau ne va pas la nourrir, trop d&#8217;eau peut la noyer. Notre corps peut incroyablement <strong>s<\/strong>&#8216;<strong>adapter positivement<\/strong> aux charges qu&#8217;on lui impose, tout en sachant que nous avons tous une tol\u00e9rance et une limite \u00e0 cette adaptabilit\u00e9.
